Jangan Percaya Statistik, Tottenham Punya Banyak Peluang Matang Kok!

Bola.net - Sekilas Tottenham hanya diam menunggu serangan balik saat menghadapi Liverpool pada duel lanjutan Premier League, Kamis (17/12/2020). Namun, fans Spurs di media sosial percaya bahwa tim mereka menciptakan lebih banyak peluang matang.

Ya, kali ini Tottenham harus mengaku kalah 1-2 dalam kunjungan ke Anfield. Sebenarnya laga berjalan seimbang dengan gaya main masing-masing, tapi kali ini The Reds keluar sebagai pemenang.

Jose Mourinho kembali menurunkan taktik khasnya pada laga ini. Spurs bertahan dengan baik, lalu menyengat lewat serangan balik cepat. Bahkan menciptakan beberapa peluang yang seharusnya bisa jadi gol.

Sesuai laga, Mourinho meyakini timnya tampil lebih baik, tentu Jurgen Klopp tidak setuju. Liverpool memang tampak lebih menyerang dan agresif.

So misleading. Possession and shots are irrelevant, that's how we set up to play. Why not put in that we had 3 big chances compared to Liverpool's 0?

Apa sih definisi peluang matang?

It's a high risk strategy. Liverpool's system relies on carving out a large number of chances and expecting a couple to go in. Tottenham hoping for 1-2 good chances. 4 big chances but only 2 shots on target vs Liverpool's 11. The whole 'big chance' definition is also quite loose

Harusnya Spurs menang sih

I’m a Spurs fan and Liverpool may be better, but Spurs blew this. Spurs had the clear cut chances and just blew it. Liverpool had a lucky deflected goal and then put Dier on his ass to the score the second on a set piece. For having the ball all game Liverpool didn’t do much.
